We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Tactical Security Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will lead, supervise, train, and oversee highly visible and advanced security operations across multiple sites within the GTA. The focus will be on delivering professional, competent, and customer service-oriented security services while supporting operational excellence and frontline leadership across various locations in Toronto.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support Security Supervisors and Security Specialists during assigned shifts
- Support the ongoing development, training, and performance of on-site security teams
- Act as a liaison between management, clients, and on-site staff to ensure efficient service delivery
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Maintain daily logs, incident reports, and equipment records
- Provide security coverage across multiple sites through monitoring, patrolling, and system oversight
- Respond to routine, emergency, and security-related incidents
- Identify, investigate, and respond to security breaches, safety hazards, and unauthorized access
- Provide customer service, respond to public inquiries, and support site operations
- Escort emergency personnel (police, fire, ambulance) when required
- Manage access control and respond to trespassing or policy violations in accordance with procedures
- Conduct investigations, prepare reports, and complete follow-up documentation
- Perform emergency response duties as per established protocols
- Collaborate with site stakeholders to ensure a safe and secure environment
- Ensure all staff maintain professionalism, proper uniform standards, and compliance with company policies
- Assist management with staffing coordination, operational support, and incident escalation when required
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Minimum 2 years or more of Security Supervisor experience (preferably tactical experience)
- High School Diploma or Grade 12 education minimum
- Strong knowledge of the Criminal Code, Trespass to Property Act, and use of force/arrest procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, weekdays, and holidays
- Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 12-hour shifts)
- Steel-toe boots required
