Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support, and facilitating communication within the organization. This position requires a strong understanding of medical and dental terminology, as well as experience with electronic medical records and various office management systems. MUST HAVE CANADIAN DENTAL EXPERIENCE. PROFICIENCY WITH CURVE SOFTWARE IS A PLUS!
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients and handling inquiries in a professional manner.
- Coordinate appointments and maintain proper schedules for appointments.
- Manage incoming calls efficiently.
- Maintain accurate electronic records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as needed.
- Provide support for billing and insurance verification processes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar administrative role within a dental office is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CURVE HERO dental software is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required for effective interaction with patients and staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently.
