We are offering a year-round Permanent Full Time position with growth opportunities in our Salmon Arm division. Wages are $18.00 - $25.00 and scale depending on experience. A typical workday is a split shift 5 am-9 am and 12:00 pm-3:30 pm M-F, for a minimum of 37.5 - 40 hours per week, with a potential for O/T pay. This is an incredible opportunity to start a career in the construction field, or to continue to expand your skills.
We are looking for people with or without precast experience and are willing to train and develop for potential leadership roles. You bring energy, enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, reliability and have own transportation and MSE can give you knowledge, training and a competitive wage. Experience with Forklifts, Overhead cranes, and Power tools is an asset but not requirement.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Working with a team pouring and finishing concrete.
- Form stripping and setup.
