Your Tasks:
Manage project qualification activities, ensuring strong project momentum, stakeholder alignment, and successful execution of project objectives.
Review, assess, and negotiate adjustment requests and payment term changes with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Support planning and engineering teams by coordinating RF (Request for uotation) requirements and project demand activities.
Manage supplier relationships through regular performance reviews and monthly follow-ups, utilizing scorecards focused on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery (OTD), lead times, and quality metrics.
Develop comprehensive strategic sourcing strategies and negotiation plans to support procurement objectives.
Prepare and issue bid solicitation packages, ensuring completeness and compliance with organizational requirements.
Coordinate supplier tender submissions and provide support for internal inquiries throughout the sourcing and evaluation process.
Review, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and create work instructions to support operational consistency and compliance.
Facilitate supplier onboarding and SAP vendor setup processes.
Coordinate and execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with suppliers and business partners.
Support the preparation, review, and execution of supplier and commercial contracts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support procurement and sourcing activities.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a relevant post-secondary program (e.g., Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related discipline).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Self-driven, resourceful, and has a strong work ethic to achieve goals independently and work well in groups.
