We are a specialized treatment and assessment centre. Our team of psychologists, psychiatrists, neurologists, occupational therapist, social workers, physiatrists, massage therapists and chiropractors work together to create a personalized treatment plan so our patients can feel better sooner!Our team is currently looking for occupational therapists to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:· Provide interventions focusing on: daily functioning, cognition, transfers, mobility, education on proper use of assistive devices· Develop patient based treatment plans to recovery· Work with other health care providers as necessary / attend meetings to provide education and updates· Document all assessment findings, treatment plans, progress reports · Conduct in-home and attendant care assessments for patients with cognitive, physical, behavioural and/or psychological impairments Requirements: Current registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario· Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team, as well as independently.· Strong computer, written and verbal communication skills
Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
