Overview
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Front Counter Sales & Service Associate to join our automotive tire & wheel service team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with their tire & wheel needs, and supporting sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the sales and service industry, potentially dealership experience with excellent customer service skills.
Duties
- Greet customers promptly and professionally at the front counter
- Assist customers with vehicle inquiries, repairs, and parts requests
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations for tire products and services
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
- Schedule service appointments and manage customer flow to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with tire technicians to ensure customer needs are met effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter area, ensuring a welcoming environment
- Keep detailed records of sales, customer interactions, and service requests
Qualifications
- Previous dealership experience or mechanic background highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Proven sales ability, including upselling techniques
- Effective cash handling skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently as needed

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
