Jam Van Inc. is a Canadian, award-winning integrated marketing company specializing in out-of-home event media, mobile billboard advertising, experiential marketing, and high-impact brand activations. We work with motion picture studios, major music labels, agencies, and leading consumer brands across Canada.
We are currently building our roster of reliable, outgoing, and hands-on Driver Tour Coordinators to support upcoming campaigns and activations throughout the GTA and beyond.
This is not a full-time or permanent position. We are looking for freelance / contract-based team members who are available on an as-needed basis for individual campaigns, events, and tours.

Responsibilities
- Driving and maintaining Jam Van’s vehicle fleet during campaign activations
- Transporting campaign materials and ensuring assets arrive safely and on schedule
- Setting up and tearing down activation elements and equipment as required
- Engaging with consumers and representing client brands professionally
- Troubleshooting minor on-site operational issues independently
- Completing event reports, photos, and recaps in a timely manner
- Maintaining the cleanliness and overall condition of vehicles and activation materials
Qualifications
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Comfortable driving cargo vans and larger vehicles
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
- Experience in events, experiential marketing, promotions, or customer service is an asset
- Must be available for occasional weekday, evening, and weekend work depending on campaign schedules
- Ability to lift and move activation materials when required
Additional Details
- Work is scheduled on a campaign-by-campaign basis
- Hours and frequency of work will vary depending on client programs and seasonal demand
- Ideal for freelancers, gig workers, event staff, or those looking for flexible supplemental work
- This is hands-on operational work, not just driving
- Candidates may be required to complete a driving interview in a 26ft box truck
