Aston Carter's large client in Mississauga is seeking a Bilingual Collections Specialist to join their team!
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the early-stage collections on majority commercial and some consumer accounts. Prioritizes collections of accounts within team.
- Identifies process gaps and recommends solutions for improvements.
- Problem solves a solution for early defaults and collapses and presents to management.
- Responsible for reducing the collapse rate.
- Track and report (excel and qualitative feedback) on work queue results.
- Controls the negotiation with customers on payment timelines, partial payments, default fees, etc.
- Responsible for operational issues.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 3+ years of business to business collections and customer service experience.
- Fluent communication both written and verbally (French and English).
- Experience with front end soft collections and late stage collections.
- Intermediate Excel Skills.
- Tech Savvy - using multiple platforms.
Additional Requirements
- Experience with Auto/Heavy Equipment/Marine collections.
- Process improvement experience.
- Oracle Experience.
- Experience working with a dialer system.
- Skip tracing experience.
Pay: $58,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
