**Overview:**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children across various ages and possess a strong background in both Tap and Ballet.
Currently, we are looking for someone who will be available to teach mainly one-on-one with a few of our students to help enhance their dance education.
**Duties:**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson/development plans
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in tutoring, classroom instruction, or related field
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with children
- Passion for educating and inspiring young minds
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
