As a Remote Career Transition Consultant, you will connect with professionals who are actively seeking greater flexibility, career change, and a different way of working beyond conventional career structures.
Many of the individuals we work with are experienced professionals who feel stuck, burned out, or ready for change, and are exploring how to better utilize their transferable skills in a more flexible, modern environment. Your role will involve guiding interested individuals through an initial discovery and educational process using proven digital platforms and global systems.
This is not a salaried position. It is a self-directed remote role in which you will work independently while supported by a collaborative international team, with structured onboarding, training, and ongoing mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and apply digital marketing and lead generation strategies (training provided)
- Share information about educational programs and events with interested individuals
- Build and maintain professional relationships online
- Engage with qualified inbound enquiries and guide prospective clients through a structured, consultative process
- Manage your own schedule, priorities, and workflow
- Communicate using Zoom and digital platforms
- Participate in weekly training and team calls
- Develop your online professional presence and brand
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional experience (sales, leadership, hospitality, client-facing roles, education etc.)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, must enjoy connecting with other people
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable using digital tools (Zoom, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Organized with solid time management
- Growth-oriented mindset with openness to ongoing learning and personal development
- Willingness to work within a performance-based structure
