The Opportunity:
We are seeking passionate, patient-focused Associate Dentists to join our team at Northern Pines Dental in Bancroft, ON. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced dentists and those early in their careers looking to grow in a supportive, high-performing environment.
You will have the autonomy to practice dentistry your way, while benefiting from a steady patient flow, experienced support staff, and a collaborative leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental care including diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution
- Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and families
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records in accordance with RCDSO standards
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative teams to deliver seamless care
- Uphold infection prevention and control (IPAC) and all regulatory standards
- Participate in ongoing clinical development and team collaboration
- Contribute to a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture
What We’re Looking For:
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program
- Licensed and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO)
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities
- Commitment to high-quality, ethical dentistry
- Team-oriented mindset with a growth mentality
