We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team. Duties
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, material handlers, and cranes to perform tasks including loading/unloading trucks, and moving materials.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to execute project plans effectively while adhering to safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and report any issues or malfunctions promptly.
- Follow site plans and specifications to complete assigned tasks accurately.
- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge by troubleshooting minor equipment issues as they arise.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance on equipment.
- Familiarity with loader operation, material handler, and crane operation is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety practices.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job effectively.
