Blue Star is currently looking to fill a management role within the Sales Department. This role would be responsible for helping to ensure the success of the variable operations department. In addition, this role would be responsible for structuring and working deals, along with the sales consultants, as well as assisting with closing deals, as needed. It is vital that the candidate for this role has the ability to learn and adhere to an established Blue Star sales process. Excellent administration skills are also vital to this role, as the candidate will be required to maintain appropriate tracking of financial metrics, that quantify the variable operations department; along with being able to appropriately administrate both new and used car deals, with a sales consultant. The candidate should also have a general understanding of merchandising (both online and in-store) and merchandise all vehicles, as required (this skill, along with all others aforementioned would be trained, if necessary).
