Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Foreman to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with concrete-related tasks on various construction projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop technical skills, and contribute to the successful completion of construction initiatives. Prior experience in concrete forming and pouring is required
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and pouring of concrete according to project specifications and schematics
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment used in concrete placement and finishing
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks
- Support in setting forms, reinforcing steel, and other structural components for concrete pours
- Ensure quality control by monitoring the consistency and integrity of poured concrete
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines and standards
- Assist in site cleanup and material handling as needed throughout the project lifecycle
- Must have curves, small concrete pads, stairs and injection experience
- operating heavy equipment including small excavator is required
Experience
- Prior experience in construction or concrete work is required
- The position will require overseeing small projects
- Supervising experience or background in construction management
- Experience with construction estimating tools or software will be considered a strong asset

Pay: $32.00-$40.00 per hour
