Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and reliable Security Guards to join our dynamic team at Guard Tower Security. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients' premises. You will be responsible for patrolling assigned areas, monitoring security systems, and responding to incidents in a professional and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect suspicious activity.
- Monitor security systems, including cameras and alarms, and respond to alerts as needed.
- Provide a visible security presence to deter potential security threats and ensure a safe environment.
- Assist with access control, including screening visitors and employees.
- Respond to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, and security breaches, following established protocols.
- Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, activities, and observations.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications:
- Customer service skills.
- Valid security guard license.
- Previous security experience is an asset but not mandatory.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
