Integra Health Centre is a busy, modern multidisciplinary medical and wellness practice that has proudly served Toronto’s Financial District since 2015, with two flagship locations in Commerce Court and the Exchange Tower.
Our physiotherapists work closely with Family Physicians, Specialists, Chiropractors, Osteopaths, RMTs, Psychotherapists, Naturopaths, and other allied professionals. Clinics feature Jane EMR, private treatment rooms, and a fully equipped open-space rehab facility to support best-in-class orthopaedic and functional rehabilitation.
ROLE SUMMARY

As a Physiotherapist at Integra Health Centre, you will deliver high-quality, one-on-one care to a diverse orthopaedic caseload, with potential access to community or corporate programming. You will leverage strong clinical reasoning, collaborative communication, and a rehab- and outcomes-focused mindset to drive patient results within a truly integrated care model.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish strong therapeutic rapport and engage patients in their rehabilitation journey from initial assessment through discharge.
- Perform thorough physiotherapy assessments, including detailed subjective history, objective measures, functional testing, and standardized outcome measures.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans combining manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, education, and modalities where appropriate.
- Progress exercise and functional programs with a focus on return-to-work, return-to-sport, and meaningful life activities.
- Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary providers to coordinate care, support accurate diagnosis, and optimize patient outcomes.
- Utilize Jane EMR to maintain timely, accurate, and comprehensive documentation aligned with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario standards and clinic policies.
- Provide clear education on injury mechanisms, prognosis, and self-management strategies to drive adherence and long-term success.
- Contribute to clinical rounds, case discussions, and quality initiatives (e.g., outcomes tracking, pathway development).
- Participate in community and corporate initiatives (e.g., onsite clinics, workshops, webinars) as required.
- Adhere to all clinic policies, regulatory requirements, infection control protocols, and privacy obligations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Appropriate professional liability insurance meeting regulatory and clinic requirements.
- Strong orthopaedic assessment, treatment planning, and clinical reasoning skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-education capabilities.
Preferred Experience & Assets
- Experience in orthopaedics, sports, return-to-work, or corporate health settings.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary or medically integrated clinic.
- Proficiency with EMR systems; experience with Jane is an asset.
- Additional training in manual therapy, acupuncture/dry-needling, or specialized rehab (e.g., vestibular, pelvic health) is an asset, if aligned with your scope.
