A.N.A. Property Maintenance Ltd. is looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to join our team as Fascia Installation Technicians.
We are seeking candidates with experience in construction who are comfortable working at heights and can work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Install wooden fascia and related exterior finishing materials.
- Measure, cut, and fit fascia accurately.
- Work safely on ladders and elevated work areas.
- Follow site safety procedures and company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Requirements
- Previous experience with fascia installation is preferred.
- Experience in framing or general construction.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
- Able to use common construction tools safely.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are required.

Pay: $170.00-$320.00 per day
