Down East Powersports is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team in Saint John, New Brunswick. This role is ideal for a customer-focused individual with strong organizational skills and an interest in powersports products and accessories.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist retail and service customers with parts and accessory selection
- Identify and source parts using electronic catalogues
- Process parts sales, invoicing, and returns
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock control
- Receive and merchandise parts shipments
- Support the Service Department with repair orders
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department
Qualifications & Experience
- Customer service or retail experience preferred
- Parts, automotive, or powersports experience an asset
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
