Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Salesman/Woman to join our automotive dealership team. Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through outside sales efforts to generate new leads and expand the dealership’s customer base
- Conduct high-end vehicle demonstrations and present features effectively to clients
- Manage and nurture the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing deals
- Negotiate terms and prices to maximize dealership profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer experience and increase revenue
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting dealership specials and events
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM tools
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly targets and contribute to overall dealership success
- Assist in B2B sales efforts when engaging with corporate clients or fleet accounts
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail auto sales, dealership environments, or B2B sales roles preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end vehicle deals
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Multilingual capabilities, especially fluency in Spanish, are highly desirable
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to automotive sales is a plus
- Ability to work independently in outside sales settings while maintaining teamwork within the dealership
- Experience with sales management tools and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline is advantageous
- Customer service orientation with a professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills

Pay: $44,699.09-$156,105.75 per year
