Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Technician with strong micro soldering skills to handle advanced board-level repairs. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and capable of diagnosing complex issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced micro soldering and board-level repairs
- Diagnose and repair logic boards for smartphones, tablets, and computers
- Handle repairs such as IC replacement, charging issues, no power, data recovery, etc.
- Use microscopes, hot air stations, and precision tools effectively
- Maintain high repair success rates and quality standards
- Train and support junior technicians when needed
- Keep accurate records of repairs and parts used
- Ensure clean and organized workstation
Requirements:
- Proven experience in micro soldering and board-level repair
- Strong knowledge of Apple, Samsung, Microsoft, Windows, DELL, HP and computer hardware
- Ability to diagnose complex issues quickly and accurately
- Experience using tools like microscope, soldering station, hot air rework station
- Detail-oriented with steady hands and precision skills
- Reliable, professional, and able to work under pressure
- Good communication skills and teamwork
