Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages efficiently while adhering to food handling safety standards
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and restaurant surfaces following health regulations
- Support kitchen staff by transporting supplies and assisting with basic food handling tasks when needed
- Monitor the dining area for spills or hazards, ensuring guest safety at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, tables, chairs, and service stations throughout shifts
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate smooth service flow
Skills
- Experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required; willingness to learn on the job is valued
- Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in sanitation practices
- Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and interact politely with guests
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards in the food industry
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting while maintaining a positive attitude
- Previous hospitality or hotel experience is a plus but not mandatory
