We’re Hiring: Aesthetician Business Manager (Full-Time)
Are you a results-driven aesthetician with a passion for beauty, business growth, and client care? We’re looking for a dynamic Aesthetician Business Manager who can seamlessly blend hands-on aesthetic services with strong business and marketing expertise.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality aesthetic treatments and personalized skin consultations
- Manage front desk operations, reception, and client experience
- Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling, and client retention strategies
- Lead and execute marketing efforts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and email campaigns
- Maintain accurate electronic charting/EMR records
- Contribute to building a productive, scalable, and successful business model
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive, high-performing work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of proven success in building or contributing to successful aesthetic businesses
- Strong background in marketing, branding, and social media growth
- Skilled in sales, upselling, and client relationship management
- Knowledgeable and confident skin consultant
- Experience with EMR/electronic charting systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional, and high integrity
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable business results
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
- Comfortable with sales and consultations, especially for packages and skincare
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat)
- Confident in creating or appearing in educational and promotional content
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
Compensation:
- Salary: Negotiable based on experience, performance, and what you bring to the table
