Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and personable Esthetician to join our skincare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare treatments, including facials, waxing, and eyelash extensions, while delivering outstanding customer service. This role offers an opportunity to help clients look and feel their best in a welcoming and luxurious environment. The Esthetician will also assist with retail sales and promote additional services through effective upselling, ensuring a comprehensive client experience.
Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, waxing, and eyelash extensions with precision and care
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable skincare routines and products
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for all treatment areas and equipment
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling check-in/check-out procedures
- Assist clients with retail product sales by explaining benefits and recommending appropriate items
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Build strong client relationships through excellent communication skills and attentive service
- Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, techniques, and products to provide expert advice
Skills
- Proven experience in eyelash extensions, waxing, facials, or other esthetic treatments preferred
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell services and products effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently while maintaining a welcoming environment
- Exceptional communication skills to educate clients about treatments and product recommendations
- Ability to work well within a team and adapt to a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols in skincare treatments
