Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safely transport passengers on assigned routes in Whistler, Squamish, and Pemberton
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist passengers with inquiries
- Navigate various road conditions with professionalism and caution
- Manage passenger behavior, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey for all
Position Requirements:
- A valid Class 1 or 2 driver’s license with air brake endorsement (license upgrades considered)
- A clean driver’s abstract with no more than 3 demerit points
- Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol screening
- Strong knowledge of the local area is an asset
- Excellent driving skills and habits, with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Clear criminal record and a commitment to punctuality and reliability
- Ability to communicate effectively and read maps/navigate efficiently
- Adaptable, prepared for shifts (including split shifts), weekends, and holidays
