Stanford International College of Business and Technology is looking to hire a Human Resources Coordinator to provide support to our HR department in a variety of HR administrative duties including but not limited to:.
· - Job posting, Recruiting, On Boarding and staffing logistics
· - Performance management and improvement of tracking systems
· - Employee orientation, development, training logistics and record keeping
· - Employee relations
- Employee schedules, transfers, letter requests
· - HR filing system

Qualifications:
To effectively perform the duties of a human resources admin, individuals must be able to demonstrate a number of competencies that are essential to the position, which include:
· Masters degree in Human Resources or related (essential).
· 1 year of experience in the HR field (essential).
· Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
· Effective HR administration and people management skills
· Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
· Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
· Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
· Strong problem-solving skills.
· Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to travel to other campuses
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
