Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented New & Used Car Lot Attendant to oversee the presentation, readiness, and care of our vehicle inventory. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining dealership standards by keeping our showroom and lot looking pristine, organized, and customer-ready at all times.
This is an ideal entry-level position for a fast learner looking to build a long-term career within our automotive group.
Key Responsibilities
- Showroom Presentation: Maintain the overall cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation of the showroom floor.
- Inventory Readiness: Ensure all new and pre-owned vehicles are in 100% salable condition (adequate gas levels, battery/start checks—especially during cold winter months—and tire pressure monitoring).
- Lot Staging & Alignment: Keep lot inventory perfectly aligned, orderly, and staged for maximum visual appeal.
- Vehicle Cleaning & Detailing: Perform periodic interior and exterior cleaning, washing, and detail touch-ups on inventory as needed.
- Asset Protection: Handle all dealership property, tools, and vehicle inventory with high respect, initiative, and care.
Qualifications & Skills
- Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean, safe driving history.
- Computer Literacy: Basic tech skills for inventory tracking and administrative tasks.
- Work Ethic & Initiative: Self-motivated, dependable, respectful, and able to identify tasks without constant oversight.
- Learning Agility: A fast learner with a strong desire to grow and build a lasting career in the automotive industry.
