Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Optician to join our team. As an Optician, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and assisting patients in selecting the perfect eyewear. If you have a passion for optics we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients in selecting and fitting eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other optical products
- Take accurate measurements of patients' eyes and facial features to ensure proper fit and alignment of eyewear
- Educate patients on lens options, frame styles, and lens enhancements
- Adjust and repair eyewear as needed
- Process orders for eyewear and contact lenses
-Perform Vision Test (Sight Test) to patients
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns
Experience:
- Preferably fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese.
- Proficeint at performing sight tests for patients
- Familiarity with laboratory processes related to eyewear production
- Skills on trouble shooting and adjusting frames for patients.
