CMA Building Systems is seeking motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team as CFS Wall Panel Assemblers at our Mount Uniacke facility. The role involves the fabrication and assembly of cold-formed steel (CFS) wall panels for residential and commercial construction projects.
Candidates with experience in construction, framing, drywall, sheathing, welding, or prefab manufacturing are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and fabricate cold-formed steel wall panels
- Install sheathing materials including GlasRoc/DensGlass
- Perform fastening, fitting, and panel preparation tasks
- Read and follow shop drawings and production instructions
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
- Assist with welding and fitting operations as required
- Maintain production quality and safe work practices
- Support general shop and manufacturing operations
Qualifications
- Experience in construction, framing, drywall, sheathing, welding, or manufacturing is considered an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to read measurements and follow instructions
- Reliable transportation is required
- Strong work ethic and reliability are essential
Compensation
- $22–$28 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
- Overtime available
