Bright Minds Daycare in Stony Plain, AB, provides a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, play, and grow. We are committed to high-quality early childhood education and are seeking caring, motivated Early Childhood Educators (ECE Level 1, 2, or 3) to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate activities.
- Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
- Supervise children at all times and ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
- Assist with daily routines such as snack time, toileting, and transitions.
- Contribute to lesson planning, documentation, and family communication.
Qualifications
- ECE Level 1, 2, or 3 Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Current First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
