As we continue to grow, we're looking for an exceptional Strategic Operations Lead to work directly with the CEO and help ensure our most important initiatives are executed successfully.
This is not an administrative or Executive Assistant role.
This is a high-impact operational leadership position for someone who thrives on organization, execution, and solving complex problems.
About the Role
You will partner directly with the CEO to coordinate strategic initiatives across engineering, research and development, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, operations, and commercialization.
Your role is to ensure that priorities remain aligned, projects move forward, risks are identified early, and nothing important falls through the cracks.
You will become deeply familiar with every part of the business and play a key role in helping the company scale efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the CEO to execute strategic priorities.
- Coordinate projects across multiple departments.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and accountability systems.
- Track deliverables and ensure commitments are completed.
- Prepare leadership meetings and document action items.
- Build dashboards, project trackers, and executive reporting tools.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and communication gaps before they impact execution.
- Improve operational processes and organizational systems.
- Support decision-making through research, analysis, and planning.
- Help build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, consulting, engineering, or a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism, judgment, and discretion.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Required: AI-Native
This role requires someone who is AI-native.
You must already use Claude Code extensively as part of your daily workflow. This is a requirement for the position.
You should be comfortable using Claude Code to:
- Plan and manage projects.
- Organize and analyze complex information.
- Draft reports, procedures, and documentation.
- Improve operational systems.
- Automate repetitive tasks.
- Build efficient workflows.
- Increase execution speed across the organization.
We are looking for someone who naturally thinks, plans, and executes with AI as a core part of their workflow.
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following is considered an asset:
- Biotechnology or life sciences
- Engineering

Pay: $90,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
