Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling procedures
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Support the team during busy hours by efficiently managing multiple orders
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to deliver high-quality meals consistently
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food handling and safety standards in the food industry
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
