Duties
- Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to provide outstanding customer service
- Assist customers with product selection and offer expert advice on technology and merchandise
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively
- Utilize POS systems for processing transactions, managing cash handling, and ensuring accurate cashiering
- Maintain an organized sales floor through effective merchandising techniques
- Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed within designated timeframes
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and industry trends to better assist customers
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or concerns
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable (English required)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
