We are seeking a talented and personable Nail Technician to join our beauty team. Duties
- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art tailored to client preferences
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization in accordance with health regulations
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments or products
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and building lasting client relationships
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies for efficient service delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel application, acrylics, and nail art
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization techniques
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Retail sales experience or comfort with upselling products is desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and hygiene standards
