Job Overview
We are looking for a candidate who is interested in a combo position where they will work as a Dental Chairside Assistant on some days and on others work as a Dental Administrator.

Duties
- Ontario Dental Assistant experience with a valid HARP certification
- Assist dentists during patient procedures, including preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments - supporting other clinical staff as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Abeldent
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by maintaining a clean and organized work environment upholding all IPAC regulations
- Ontario Experiene Dental Administrator / Or KEEN knowledge and willingness to learn
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes as a Dental Receptionist, including scheduling appointments and verifying insurance information
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing, coding, and filing insurance claims
- Proficiency with dental management software including Abeldent
- Excellent communication skills to serve as an effective friendly Dental Administrator and patient advocate
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and composure
