Requirements
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- A valid Smart Serve Certification
- A valid Driver’s License (access to a vehicle is an asset)
- Food Handling and Safety knowledge
- 1 to 5 years of Supervision Experience in catering, events, or hospitality service
- Strong communication and listening skills
- A professional, positive attitude and sense of responsibility

What You’ll Do
- Manage and coordinate service teams at weddings and banquets
- Delegate roles to and supervise Front of House team to ensure efficient service
- Deliver professional, friendly service to guests and clients
- Anticipate needs and assist team members proactively
- Represent Hawley Crescent with pride, professionalism, and care
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety
