Our job is to handle stressful situations when water has damaged our client's property including the building materials, contents, furniture, and prized possessions.

Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and efficient experienced PROJECT MANAGER to join our expanding team. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in the successful completion of various restoration projects that are caused by water, fire or storm damage.
In this role, the Project Manager will work in conjunction with the support and management teams to coordinate and accomplish the necessary project tasks and requirements.
The candidate must have an eye for detail and a “go-getter” personality, ready to help synchronize all the project elements to make them operate successfully and deliver exceptional results.
Our workplace environment is extremely team based, and having the ability to work well with the Operations and Project Management team is essential for success.
Project Manager Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Oversee multiple ongoing emergency and reconstruction projects, both insurance claims and private assignments from start, to finish.
· Working alongside with a dedicated Project Coordinator and office support staff, manage sub-contractors and technicians ensuring the completion of the project on time with any budgetary constraints.
· Superb customer service acumen communicating with home/business owners, insurance adjusters and sub-contractors.
· Ensure the timely preparation and submission of accurate emergency and repairs estimates
· Available to respond to 24-hour emergency restoration calls
· Build new and existing client relationships by delivering a superb level of service to their buildings
· Develop and maintain strong relationships within the industry, clients, managers, and all stakeholders of our projects to support business growth and development.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in restoration industry practices.
- Previous experience in either project coordinating, junior project management, or project management.
- Field experience in an asset.
- Competence in Microsoft Suite and other relevant management software.
- Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented capabilities.
- Effective collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated multitasking ability.
- Supportive and responsive to management directives.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
- Adaptability and composure under pressure.
- Proficient problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding customer service orientation.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects, personnel, and subcontractors concurrently.
- Uphold exemplary work ethics.
- Familiarity with Xactimate is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
