CNC Concepts Kelowna is looking for an experienced Cabinet Vision Programmer to join our growing team. We specialize in CNC cabinet parts, custom closets, and full kitchen manufacturing for residential and commercial projects.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accurate production-ready programs and drawings for:
- Custom kitchens
- Closet systems
- Cabinet components
- CNC-machined parts
You will work closely with production staff, designers, and CNC operators to ensure efficient manufacturing workflows and high-quality finished products.
Responsibilities
- Program cabinet and closet projects using Cabinet Vision
- Prepare CNC-ready machining files and nesting layouts
- Create detailed shop drawings and cut lists
- Develop and maintain production standards and libraries
- Coordinate hardware, material, and machining requirements
- Optimize programs for production efficiency and minimal waste
- Assist with custom design solutions and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with shop staff and installers when needed
Qualifications
- Experience with Cabinet Vision software
- Knowledge of CNC machining and cabinet manufacturing
- Understanding of kitchen and closet construction methods
- Ability to read architectural and shop drawings
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with nested-based manufacturing an asset
- Knowledge of hardware systems such as Blum or Hettich is an asset
