Responsibilities
- Lead and support frontline employees during daily operations.
- Promote workplace safety and ensure procedures are followed.
- Coordinate workloads and staffing to meet operational needs.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
- Monitor productivity and address operational challenges.
- Communicate effectively with employees, management, and stakeholders.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain service quality while helping control operational costs.
- Build a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in an industrial, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or operations environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- First Aid/CPR certification is considered an asset.
Work Schedule
Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and on-call shifts as required. This role includes a combination of field supervision and office-based responsibilities.
