About the Position
EZ Clean Solutions is hiring a reliable and hardworking Pressure Washing Technician to join our exterior cleaning team. You will travel to residential and commercial properties throughout Montreal and the West Island to complete professional exterior cleaning and restoration projects.
This is a hands-on outdoor position for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and treats customers and their properties with respect.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform pressure washing and surface cleaning
- Complete house soft washing and exterior building cleaning
- Clean gutters, driveways, walkways, patios, decks, and pavers
- Assist with paver restoration, joint sanding, and sealing preparation
- Set up, operate, and properly store pressure-washing equipment
- Safely handle hoses, surface cleaners, ladders, and cleaning products
- Protect landscaping, siding, windows, furniture, and surrounding property
- Inspect completed work and correct any missed areas
- Keep company vehicles, equipment, and job sites clean and organized
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Take before-and-after photos when required
Requirements
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Able to lift equipment and perform physical work throughout the day
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional and respectful around customers
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Pressure-washing, landscaping, construction, or exterior-cleaning experience is an asset
- English required; French is a strong asset
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
Training can be provided to the right candidate. Experience is helpful, but reliability, work ethic, and willingness to learn are equally important.
