Pay Rate: $22.25/hr
Shift: Day Shift – Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Paint Line Loaders to join our client’s growing manufacturing team. This role is responsible for loading and unloading parts on the paint line while ensuring products move through the production process safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
- Load and hang parts, components, and assemblies onto the paint line according to production requirements
- Ensure proper spacing and positioning of parts to achieve quality paint coverage
- Remove finished products from the paint line and place them in designated areas or packaging stations
- Perform visual inspections of parts to identify defects, damage, or quality concerns
- Report production issues, equipment concerns, or quality issues to supervisors
- Maintain a steady workflow by ensuring parts are available for production
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality requirements
- Operate material handling equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following 5S housekeeping standards
- Assist with line changeovers, cleaning, and basic equipment maintenance when required
- Follow all company health and safety policies, including proper use of PPE
- Some high school education preferred
- Previous manufacturing, production, or paint line experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with the assistance of lifting equipment
