Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience
- Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and technical explanations of merchandise
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits effectively
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure the store is tidy and inviting
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and assist with merchandising strategies
- Utilize strong communication skills to inform customers about promotions and new products
- Demonstrate effective time management to balance customer service with operational tasks
- Uphold phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or assisting customers remotely
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Prior experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technology sales preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and persuasively
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation standards
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Professional appearance and courteous phone etiquette
- Ability to work well in a team environment with good organizational skills
- Previous experience in upselling or technical sales is advantageous
