Key Responsibilities
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and ingredients according to company recipes.
- Assemble and cook pizzas while ensuring quality, consistency, and proper presentation.
- Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to maintain food quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station and kitchen.
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and food items as needed.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace health regulations.
- Assist with food preparation and support kitchen staff during busy service periods.
- Complete opening, closing, and cleaning duties.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a Pizza Cook, Pizza Maker, or Line Cook is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Experience preparing hand-crafted pizzas in a commercial kitchen.
