We are looking for a Lead Digital Learning Manager (m/f/d) who will drive the development and delivery of innovative digital learning strategies across our academic programs. You will collaborate with curriculum experts, instructional designers, and technology teams to create engaging, learner-centered educational experiences while mentoring a team of digital learning professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Learning Strategy: Develop and implement institution-wide digital learning initiatives that enhance educational quality and learner engagement.
Program Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of digital education projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Learning Technology Management: Evaluate, implement, and optimize learning management systems, educational software, and emerging instructional technologies.
Team Development: Mentor and support instructional designers, learning specialists, and digital education professionals while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with academic leaders, faculty members, IT teams, and external partners to deliver effective digital learning solutions.
Quality Assurance: Monitor program performance, analyze learning outcomes, and implement data-driven improvements to maximize educational effectiveness.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in digital learning, instructional design, educational technology, or academic program management, including 3+ years leading projects, mentoring teams, or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Technology, Learning Design, Instructional Design, or a related field. A master's degree is considered an asset.
Technical Expertise: Strong experience with Learning Management Systems, digital content development, virtual learning platforms, learning analytics, and educational technology implementation.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with educators, technical teams, and senior stakeholders.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-impact initiatives, guide multidisciplinary teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver successful digital learning programs.
Mindset: Strategic, collaborative, and results-oriented, with a passion for improving learning experiences through innovation, continuous improvement, and evidence-based decision-making.
Pay: $87,197.00-$93,202.00 per year
Work Location: In person
