Scalecom Global (SGC) is a performance-based ecommerce growth agency. We take over Meta ads, store CRO, and email/SMS for DTC Shopify brands — $0 upfront, paid only from the new revenue we generate, with a 2X-in-90-days guarantee. We don't get paid unless the client makes more money. Every line below follows from that one fact.
We are hiring immediately. This is a full-time, long-term, fully remote seat.
READ THIS FIRST — HOW YOU GET PAID
There is no base salary in this seat. You earn 20% of the fees SGC collects on every account you run — your pay is a direct cut of the growth you personally produce.
One exception, because we practice what we sell: your first 60 days carry a guaranteed minimum of $2,000/month while you learn our system. We take the risk on every client we sign — we'll take it on you too. After that, it's pure performance.
If a guaranteed monthly number is what you need long-term, stop reading here. We'd rather you self-select out now than three months in.
Here's why it isn't a lottery ticket: we screen brands harder than we screen operators. No store enters our book below $25K/month in attributed revenue — so every account you're handed pays you from the first invoice. There is no client on our roster who pays you nothing.
The math, straight — what you earn per account, based on the client's monthly attributed Meta revenue:
- Client doing $25,000/month (our intake floor) → $500/month to you
- Client doing $40,000/month → $800/month to you
- Client doing $60,000/month → $1,200/month to you
- Client doing $100,000/month → $2,000/month to you
What that means across a book:
- Training (3–4 accounts): roughly $2,000–$4,000/month while you're still being taught our system.
- Ramping (8–10 accounts): roughly $5,500–$8,000/month.
- Full book (15–20 accounts): at a blended $650–$1,000 per account, on-target earnings are $10,000–$20,000/month.
- Nothing is capped. Three or four scaled accounts move that number more than any raise would — the ceiling is the book you can run at quality, not a salary band someone else set.
- Account flow won't be your bottleneck. We take on every qualified store, and buyers who hold the standard add accounts every month — your book fills as fast as you prove out, not on someone else's timetable.
THE SEAT
You own the ad account. Not the client relationship, not the strategy deck — the platform. Campaign structure, budgets, testing, scaling, and the numbers Meta reports back.
One line: if the account underperforms, it's yours to diagnose and fix.
You'll be trained directly by our senior media buyer and you'll run inside a pod — a Growth Strategist sets direction and briefs creative, a Client Partner owns everything the client sees and hears. That means you are never the one writing client emails at 9pm or defending a bad week on a call. You buy media.
WHAT YOU OWN
- Campaign builds — structure, audiences, placements, tracking, and technical setup done right the first time.
- Daily optimization against kill criteria — our rule is $200 / 3 days. Not "let's give it another week." You cut on the standard, every time.
- Scaling discipline — increases in steps of 20% or less. One reckless scale can burn a client's month, and on performance pay that's our revenue too.
- Budget pacing — within ±5% of plan. Underspend is as much a miss as overspend.
- Test velocity — 3–5 live tests per client per week, briefed off the strategist's roadmap.
- Creative briefing — you tell the strategist and the editors what the data says to make next. Angles, hooks, formats, and why.
- Account health — zero policy flags. A restricted account is the fastest way to lose a client we can't get back.
- Speed on alerts — anything that hits our alerts channel is acted on inside 24 hours.
THE TRAINING
This is a junior seat because you're junior to our system, not to Meta. You will be trained on it, not thrown at it.
- Weeks 1–2 — shadow our senior buyer, learn our account structure, kill criteria, scaling rules, SOPs, and reporting. First accounts assigned.
- Weeks 3–6 — you run 3–4 accounts with every material change reviewed before it ships. Weekly 1:1 coaching.
- Week 7+ — autonomous on your book, reviewed on the scorecard, and adding accounts as you prove out.
You'll never wonder how you're doing. Every operator here runs on a written scorecard.
HOW YOU'RE MEASURED
Not vibes — a number, every month:
- Lagging (50%) — client ROAS/CAC vs. target, and at least 80% of your clients hitting goal.
- Leading (30%) — 100% kill-criteria adherence, zero scaling violations, test velocity held, alerts actioned under 24 hours.
- Quality (20%) — pacing within ±5%, zero policy flags, clean accounts.
Three of those are hard gates. Kill-criteria discipline, scaling discipline, and account health aren't scored on a curve — you hold them or you don't hold the seat.
THE LADDER
Nobody here gets a raise. They get scope.
- Operator — 20% of your channel, 3–4 clients.
- Senior Operator — same 20%, 6–8 clients, then a full book.
- Pod Lead → Fulfillment Manager — a smaller percentage of a much larger base, once you can get results through other people.
The percentage doesn't shrink as you grow. The book does the work.
WHO THIS IS FOR
- 2+ years buying Meta ads for DTC / ecommerce brands specifically. Not lead gen, not local services, not agency-of-record brand work. Shopify stores with real products, real margins, and real inventory.
- You can read ROAS, CAC, MER, AOV and contribution margin and say what the account should do next — and defend it.
- You've killed your own winners when the data turned, and scaled without blowing up a stable account.
- You brief creative like a buyer, not a spectator: you know which angle to test next and why.
- Comfortable with Shopify, Meta Events Manager / CAPI, and at least one attribution tool.
- An excellent communicator in written English — your diagnosis has to be legible to a strategist and a client partner who weren't in the account with you.
- Reliable inside core hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET, fully remote, full-time, long-term.
- Genuinely fine being paid on performance. This is the whole deal.
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR
Set-and-forget buyers. People who scale on a feeling and cut on a feeling. Anyone who needs to be chased for an update, or who treats a losing week as something that happened to the account. And anyone who wants a salary — we've said it three times because it's the one thing we can't flex on.
HOW TO APPLY
Apply through Indeed and include:
- A Loom, 5 minutes or less, walking through one DTC account you ran: how you structured it, what you killed and why, what you scaled and why, and what the numbers did. Screen-share the account if you can (redact names and spend if you need to). Paste the link in the screener question.
- Your monthly ad spend managed and the verticals you've bought in.
- Start your application with the words "Kill Criteria" so we know you read the full posting.
Applications without the Loom won't be considered. We reply to every complete application.
