Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Independent Contractor Cleaner to support our residential and small commercial cleaning services. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, manages time well, and consistently delivers high-quality results. You will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming spaces while following established cleaning standards and client-specific instructions. Flexibility, professionalism, and attention to detail are key in this role.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks in residential and commercial spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and disinfect all assigned areas
- Clean and maintain restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas
- Use cleaning tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Restock supplies and manage waste disposal as required
- Follow safety procedures to prevent damage or injury
- Communicate clearly with clients or team members regarding schedules and special requests
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and client expectations
Requirements & Skills
- Previous cleaning experience (residential or commercial preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
- Good time-management skills and ability to work efficiently
- Ability to work independently as a contractor
- Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks, including lifting supplies
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Professional communication and customer-service mindset
