Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing roadside assistance and towing services to customers in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to operate towing equipment safely.
Duties
- Respond promptly to dispatch calls for towing services and roadside assistance.
- Operate tow trucks and other vehicles safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws.
- Assess the situation of disabled or damaged vehicles to determine the best towing method.
- Safely load and secure vehicles onto the tow truck using proper techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during stressful situations.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on towing equipment and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including mileage, vehicle condition, and customer interactions.
- Assist with minor automotive repairs as needed to ensure customer safety before towing.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with vehicles and towing equipment.
- Proven experience in commercial driving, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients in various situations.
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes is a plus for assisting customers on-site.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
