We're looking for energetic and enthusiastic Tour Motivators to lead our Food Bike Tours and Food Walk Tours for the Summer 2026.
About the Role
As a Tour Motivator, you’ll be the heart and soul of our guided experiences—bringing energy, enthusiasm, and local knowledge to each tour. Whether leading guests through scenic bike routes or charming walkable neighborhoods, you'll showcase the vibrant local food scene while creating an exciting, seamless, and unforgettable adventure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all tour activities, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from start to finish.
- Operate guided Food Bike Tours and Food Walk Tours safely, efficiently, and enthusiastically.
- Coordinate with leadership to follow tour guidelines, schedules, and safety requirements.
- Provide clear instructions to guests and ensure adherence to tour rules and expectations.
- Share fun facts, cultural insights, and stories about local food, businesses, and landmarks.
- Create a welcoming, upbeat, and interactive environment for all guests.
- Support guests during the tour—answering questions, assisting with bikes (if applicable), and ensuring comfort.
- Maintain professionalism, positivity, and responsiveness throughout each tour.
- Monitor safety protocols and respond calmly and efficiently to any incidents.
- Assist with set-up, check-in, and additional tour-related tasks as needed.

- Passionate about food, local culture, and outdoor exploration.
- Strong leadership, time management, and customer service skills.
- Comfortable riding a bike and assisting guests with bike adjustments (for bike tours).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Quick thinker with strong problem-solving abilities in dynamic environments.
- Experience in tourism, guiding, hospitality, or event coordination is an asset.
- Basic first aid training is a bonus.
