Mitchell Electric is a well-established Electrical Contractor located in the Durham region that provides services for industrial, commercial, and residential services across Ontario who is currently looking for a Journeyperson to join our team. This successful candidate will be working on a large commercial account for a well known established company.
Requirements:
- At least 5 to 10 years of commercial experience.
- Possesses a valid 309A and is an active member Skilled Trades Ontario.
- A valid Ontario G Drivers License with a clean record.
- Knowledge of the Ontario Electrical Safety Code.
- Time management & organizational Skills.
- Some out of town work when needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing electricians and apprentices.
- Run test on electrical components to ensure a safe and effective installation.
- Direct and train workers to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring or equipment.
- Renovate electrical systems in commercial structures.
- Ensuring all work is done according to proper codes and specifications.
- Inspecting and making modifications to electrical systems and troubleshooting problems as they arise to keep sites running smoothly and safely.

Pay: $38.00-$42.00 per hour
