We are seeking a skilled and personable Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, while delivering exceptional customer service. Duties
- Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, hard gel, polygel, and other nail enhancements
- Maintain sanitation and sterilization procedures to ensure client safety and hygiene standards
- Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their preferences and recommend suitable services or products
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and personalized attention
- Stay current on industry trends and new techniques to offer innovative services
Qualifications
- Experience in nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail design preferred
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices in a salon environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Sales skills for retail upselling to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
