Rotech Pumps
Rotech Pumps is looking for an Outside Technical Sales Representative to cover Eastern Ontario and Quebec. This role is focused on day to day sales activity with customers in the industrial, municipal, commercial, and service markets.
The ideal candidate should have experience selling or servicing pumps, motors, power transmission products, rotating equipment, or related industrial equipment. This is a field sales role, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable visiting customers, building relationships, quoting jobs, following up on open opportunities, and helping grow the territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales activity across Eastern Ontario and Quebec
- Visit existing customers regularly and build strong working relationships
- Identify new customers, accounts, and project opportunities
- Sell pumps, motors, power transmission products, parts, and service solutions
- Work with customers to understand their application, technical requirements, and service needs
- Prepare and follow up on quotes for pumps, repairs, replacements, parts, and service work
- Coordinate with inside sales, engineering, service, and operations teams to support customer requirements
- Promote Rotech’s pump products, service capabilities, and technical support
- Track customer activity, opportunities, and follow ups
- Represent the company professionally in the field
Qualifications
- Experience in outside sales, technical sales, service sales, or industrial distribution
- Knowledge of pumps, motors, power transmission, mechanical equipment, or rotating equipment is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to read basic technical information and understand customer applications
- Self motivated and able to manage a sales territory independently
- Comfortable with regular travel throughout Eastern Ontario and Quebec
- Valid driver’s license required
- Bilingual English and French is a strong asset
- Experience with municipal, industrial, commercial, or contractor accounts is an asset

We are looking for someone who can be active in the field, follow up properly, and build the territory with consistent customer contact. This role is not just account management. We need someone who can find opportunities, support customers technically, and help close business.
Compensation

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
